You need some front end GUI. "What do you want to do?" "Create a brand new form from scratch?" "Make a PDF form fillable for your business?" etc.... I got the service and deleted my subscription only to play with it a little more and see the tiny, green side button that allows one to make the form fillable and then I realized this was a service I wanted. You are not demonstrating or advertising the best feature from the get-go.

Price point too high for how infrequent I would use this program but I did like its versatile options and over all user friendly templates, just had too play around a little bit to get it figured out!

I want to start by saying that this program exceeded my expectations! It not only delivers on everything it promises but goes above and beyond. I used it for a marketing class, and it made the entire process seamless and straightforward. When I encountered a billing issue, the support team resolved it promptly—even during a holiday weekend! Good experience but unfortunately, I don't need this product at the moment so I will not be renewing my subscription. If I decide to work on taxes in the coming year, I will subscribe.

What do you like best?
With a lower monthly fee, I can log in and have the capability to use the editing tools to update and sign my files with ease

I do wish that notification would go out to my email if or when the website is updating the platform

With any update that has adjusted the layout, I have been able to get ahold of customer service for clarification. Although the 24hrs wait for a response is frustrating
