Easily Add and Delete Pages From PDFs PDFfiller has saved me a lot of time combining PDFs and adding/deleting pages. Definitely a must have software. I like that I can easily add and delete pages from PDFs. They also make it super easy to combine PDFs together. Overall, very happy with the platform. Might be nice if there was an option to upload and download to Google Drive.

I had a misunderstanding with PDFfiller . . . thought that I had cancelled my subscription immediately after discovering that it didn’t fit my needs, but something went wrong, & I was charged for a one year subscription at the end of a 30 day trial period (didn’t realize that I was in it). When I went to the Customer Assistance website & explained the problem, PDFfiller immediately refunded the amount charged. Honorable people!

This is an excellent product/service… This is an excellent product/service that was very useful to me, especially because I have a chromebook and can't install windows based pdf editing software. After the trial period, I had a family emergency that caused me to forget to cancel my trial (I love pdf filler but planned to subscribe later when I will need it more) so I was auto charged for the subscription once my trial ended. I contacted support to explain what happened and they responded and resolved my issue within just a few minutes. They were prompt, professional, and understanding. I feel great about the service and customer support that I recieved and plan to subscribe to pdf filler in the near future. I wild gladly recommend pdf filler to anyone who wants a great way to edit pdf files with the confidence of working with a company that has excellent customer service.

Go to Settings > PDF Templates and select the Invoices tab. Select the predefined invoice template that you want to customize, and click the Edit button that appears when you hover over it.
No matter how careful you are when invoicing, mistakes can happen. A customer's address may be typed wrongly, a discount may not have been applied, or the items themselves may be incorrect. Once sent, you can no longer edit the invoice directly, and a credit note must be issued instead.
Editing a custom invoice theme To edit a custom invoice theme in FreeAgent, select 'Settings' from the drop-down menu in the top-right corner, then select 'Theme Settings' from the 'Emails, Invoices & Estimates' section. Select 'Edit' below the 'Custom CSS Theme' thumbnail.
You can select a different template for specific transactions directly from the form: Create or open an existing invoice, sales receipt, or estimate. Select Customize in the footer. Select a custom template from the list. Select Save and close.
If there is a mistake, incorrect or wrong entry in the e-invoice, it cannot be edited or corrected.
In cases where you want to delete or amend an invoice, a credit note will usually suffice as the solution. A credit note allows you to effectively - and legally - cancel an invoice. It's required by law that you always keep a copy of all invoices you issue for control purposes.
Sometimes, billing errors or changes in circumstances require correction. This requires invoice revisions, which must be reported on the monthly return. The changes may include price changes, tax rates, or other cases requiring supplementary invoices or credit notes.
After an invoice is posted to the general ledger, you might need to make an adjustment to an invoice to: Cancel the invoice (for example, if you found a duplicate invoice and you want to remove the duplicate) Write off to bad debt (if the customer has refused to pay or has filed bankruptcy) Provide a discount.
