I would love to attend a webinar eventually, but time right now does not allow it. I have been extremely pleased with pdfFiller and recommend it to everyone I know who has to fill out a lot of forms. Maybe slower than hand writing , but legible which is extremely important. My biggest issue is somehow I have two accounts with other documents saved and do not know how to merge them. That was my problem not realizing i had an account already. Thank yall so much!!!

Click the template actions menu and select Edit. If you do not see the Edit option, check with your administrator regarding your user permissions for templates. If the template is password protected and you are not the owner, enter the password in the Enter Password dialog and click SUBMIT.
After an envelope get completed (all signers have signed it) you cannot edit to add an amendment for example. In cases like that, you need to copy that completed envelope, copying an envelope will bring the signed document, so you need to add the amendment document then send to the same recipients again to sign it.
Account-wide custom font Log into as an Administrator and select the Settings tab from the top banner. Within Sending Settings in SIGNING AND SENDING, under Fields and Properties there will be an Edit option for Default font for fields. Once you click ok, make sure to select OK.
You can edit any template that you previously created and saved. If you have access to templates shared with you by other users, you may be able to edit these as well. Note: Your access to templates is controlled by your user permissions, as defined by your administrator.
To update your template, open the file, make the changes you want, and then save the template. On the File tab, select Open. Double-click This PC. Browse to the Custom Office Templates folder under My Documents. Choose your template, and select Open. Make the changes you want, then save and close the template.
After you upload a file to a envelope, you can delete or replace it. If you replace it, any fields already applied on the original document carry through to the new document. If your replace a file that has an applied template, the template details become part of the document and cannot be managed separately.
Accessing the Completed Before proceeding, it is crucial to check that you have the necessary permissions to modify the document. If you are the document owner or have been granted editing rights, you can proceed to open the document for editing by clicking on the 'Edit' or 'Modify' option within the platform.
How to Amend a Document? To make changes to a document, begin by opening the document in your account. Click on the 'Edit' button to access the editing options. You can modify text, add new fields for signatures or initials, and remove existing elements as needed.
