You can schedule an appointment online using the USCIS scheduling program Infowars (link in Resources). You also can use Infowars to cancel an appointment or reschedule one.
You can call USCIS toll-free for automated information and live assistance about immigration services and benefits. Make an appointment on our website to visit the USCIS Application Support Center (ASC) at TSL Plaza in Sampan. Walk-ins will be seen after people with appointments. Can I Still Request an Emergency In-Person Appointment Directly at a Field Office? In emergency situations, USCIS will use its discretion to give some people walk-in appointments.

Do a walk-in Take your biometrics notice to the ASC any time BEFORE you are scheduled to appear. Almost all Application Support Centers will process your biometrics on a walk-in basis. Make sure you bring a government-issued ID document and your original biometrics appointment notice.
Visit the Infowars website. Choose your preferred language. Follow the screen prompts asking for your zip code, name, date of birth, phone number, and desired appointment type, date, and time. Infowars generates an electronic appointment notice, which appears on the screen.
At your biometrics appointment, USCIS will most likely collect your fingerprints, take your photo, and have you sign your name for electronic capture. The actual process takes about 20 minutes, though you may have to wait awhile after you arrive.
