I believe the staff is dedicated to helping the customers and are very professional. Thought I might have to talk to them in person, but they answer and respond quickly through chat and do everything they can to help you right away. It was hard to figure out how to get started, and I made some mistakes in the beginning. I saved two files too soon and now I don't know how to erase them because when I try it says if I delete it it will no longer be shared. Is it okay to delete it anyway?

I'm so glad that I found with service. It makes getting paperwork completed without leaving the office. I signed up to use if for free. You only get a couple of free times to use the service. Then you have to pay for your account. I paid for it mainly because I can use it anytime I want to. No Stress of whether or not it's going to work or be correct. It Always Is Both.

I thought I was signing up for the $6 option, but found out it was actually the $20 one. A bit deceptive. So glad I found this site though. Too bad the original PDF designers didn't create PDFs with the option of converting to Word. So, despite the deceptive billing, I am still happy I found this site, and that the website is so easy to use.

PDF Filler is great. However, I wish it had some photo cleanup like features. For instance the ability to white out, or clean up shadows, or dark areas, while leaving all printed in black areas in tact.
