Love this program! It allows you to download any document and make it your own. No more handwriting which leaves room for errors. The only part that confuses me is the saving of a document to be used over and over... haven't quite figured that out yet.

I had a very complicated question pertaining to a credit card charge, (I didn't know which account within our company had incurred the charge, and therefore, couldn't track down a receipt) **** helped me reverse engineer the charge to find out where it came from. I inadvertently established trial accounts under two different emails for PDFFILLER.. Although I found the product to be useful and efficient, i decided that I did not have the volume of **** to justify an ongoing subscription and canceled. A paypal charge a month later for a year's subscription alerted me to still having an active acct under a 2nd email address. I immediately contacted customer support via Chat and within a matter of minutes the agent terminated the account and send a credit back to my paypal account. Truly amazing customer service! Further, I would HIGHLY ********* PDFFILLER for any one needing to alter a significant volume of **** -- it is a very good product."

Great Customer Service! I hadn't realized That I was getting billed, and for 9 months, I was paying for a service I only used once. Ryan helped me over the customer support, and helped me find the email I had used (it wasn't my main account), and helped me cancel the subscription for a full refund. What do you like best? Easy to use when you need a fast, effective solution. What do you dislike? The email interface is a little cumbersome, but still very usable. Recommendations to others considering the product: Easy to use and deploy. No licensing to worry about and no updates! What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
