I like everything I have tried with the exception of the fact that I cannot download a fillable form to my desktop. I wanted to make a form that I could pull up quickly on my computer when I have a new patient intake. It only allows a link and too many steps to make this a good alternative to the paper and pen format I am currently using.

Need clients to complete a form and/or sign a document; pdfFiller is the perfect tool. I needed a way for clients to access a fillable PDF via link multiple times throughout a process and give access to this same form to other team members to sign off on different stages of the process. pdfFiller made this very easy to do I was able to teach this to my team in 10 minutes so we were able to integrate this into our workflow. Easy to use, even if you have no experience creating fillable forms or verified digital signatures. It only manages very basic workflows, however, their sister app AirSlate does full workflow management, so if you need something a bit more robust, that's a great option!

Volume Activation provides two different models for completing volume activations: Key Management Service (KMS) and Multiple Activation Key (MAK). KMS allows organizations to activate systems within their own network. MAK activates systems on a one-time basis, using Microsoft's hosted activation services.
A multiple activation key (MAK) is a software licensing and activation tool that provides one-time activation of a software product via a hosted authentication/activation server. This software product activation and authentication technique is used by Microsoft for validating single or multiple computers.
When Microsoft released Windows Vista they also released a new volume licensing model using two different types of software license keys: MAK and KMS. MAK stands for Multiple Activation Key. Each MAK key is a good for a specific number of device activations. ... KMS stands for Key Management Services.
In the OCT, go to the Licensing and user interface page. Select Enter another product key, and then in the Product key field, enter the multiple activation key (five sets of five numbers or characters).
The Key Management Service (KMS) is an activation service that allows organizations to activate systems within their own network, eliminating the need for individual computers to connect to Microsoft for product activation.
Volume license activation interval (Hours) determines how often the KMS client attempts activation before it is activated. The default is 2 hours. Volume license renewal interval (Days) determines how often the KMS client attempts reactivation with KMS (after it has been activated). The default is 7 days.
KMS clients which have successfully activated with the KMS host must renew their activation at least once every 180 days. These machines will contact the KMS host every seven days for this purpose. Any time the renewal is successful, the 180-day count resets.
Key Management Service (KMS) is used to activate Microsoft products on clients using generic keys against a Volume Activation Service, hosted on a remote server.
Legally owned volume licenses are installed on the server and activation is required typically every 180 days to keep the products activated on client machines. ... The product key you received is probably for KMS activation, so cannot be used by itself for normal Windows activation.
