It is very user friendly. I do not like that you have to use the eraser to delete text but otherwise it is way better than other programs I tried. I am also having problems opening pdf filler links on my business account because it goes to my personal account every time because it's on the same computer. I will call customer to fix the problem. Otherwise we are very happy with it!

Amazing customer support
I had to contact customer support because I, out of my own negligence, got charged for one of their products. They were extrememly helpful and resolved the issue, even though they had no reason to do so (except sympathy). Extremely nice customer support. Definitely recommend.

I like the service and have been using for awhile!
I like the service and have been using for awhile. Their customer care team was really responsive through instant chat. Couldn't get a phone number for their customer service however I believe the chat service is all you need to get assistance! Kara was the representative I spoke with and she immediately understood my situation and helped me get the problems addressed with step by step processes and links. At the end she even saved me some money with the steps we took to save my old account! Definitely recommend their service and also contacting them with any question!

How do I change the guide on spectrum?
Press the Menu key on your remote.
Select Settings & Support.
Choose Preferences.
Select Guide Settings.
Choose a position for the Mini Guide.
Select either Top or Bottom.
Select Save.
How do I remove the Spectrum Guide filter?
The first option is “all channels”. 2) You press the guide button, then the options button, and the filters come up across the top of the screen. Hover over whichever filter is ALREADY ON and select it again. That will turn off that specific filter.

Why is my Spectrum TV Guide not working?
Press the OK/Select button twice on the remote while viewing programming to open the Mini Guide. Reset (power cycle) your receiver by unplugging the power cord, waiting 15 seconds, and then plugging the power cord back into the outlet. Wait up to 20 minutes for the receiver to fully recover and turn it back on.

Why does my Spectrum TV say no signal?
First check that your TV is set to the correct Source or Input, try changing the Source or Input to AV, TV, Digital TV or DTV if you haven't already. If your No Signal message is not due to incorrect Source or Input being selected, then it's most likely caused by a set-up or antenna fault.
