This system is excellent if you are using it most of the time if not surely with its complication and unique property compared to facebook and google, surely you will face difficulty in understanding all its features. Again this software requires time to master the system.

So helpful. I can fill out the form instead of scanning, printing, filling out, and then scanning again so that I can send it back. I did try other programs... this one is by far the very best.

It does what it us supposed to do.

I have not used it for converting pdf to word so do not know how accurate it is.

It was tough,but I think I got through it. Nice to know that I can contact help if I need it. This might work better than Adobe verison. it's more affordable.

What do you like best?
I like how easy it is to load my documents into pdfFiller & the multiple option for export when I'm finished.
What do you dislike?
Not a fan of the constant email verification especially since I've been using it for 3 years now & this is something just started in 2020 (it seems)
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I don't have a fax so its much easier for me to receive email documents, sign them with the signature feature in pdfFiller, and send directly to the recipient from the program. I get a notification, too, telling me my document has been downloaded. This has helped me a lot lately.

It's simply a business decision. Most individuals or companies renting an apartment want credit scores from applicants to be 620 or higher. People with credit scores lower than 620 may indicate a high risk of default on rent owed.

Just as a credit score predicts the likelihood that a loan will be paid, our tenant score assesses risk by predicting the likelihood a tenant will fulfill a lease obligation. The higher the score, the less likely the applicant is to default on a lease.

Can you rent a house with a 600 credit score?
If you a 580 credit score you could qualify for an FHA loan with just a 3.5% down payment. Having good scores will make the process of renting simpler. Do landlords look at FICO score?

How do I find out my rental score?
Visit a company website that sells rental histories or scores, which are called consumer reports. Companies such as LexisNexis, PRBC and Core Logic Safe Rent allow you to securely view this information online, typically for a fee.
How can I check my rental history for free?
