I absolutely LOVE the convenience PDF filler provides for our patients, as well as our front desk staff. The only thing that would improve the service would be a guide that indicates to the patient that they missed a section, so they know to keep scrolling to complete all the forms.

The upside is that it's very efficient and expedites completing forms effectively. I have used other software and didn't find them to be easy to navigate or efficient.

The downside is that sometimes the text doesn't align when filling in forms I have to complete from other service industries. Also, when PDFfiller is the default PDF it does not print without having to refresh several times.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This software is really good and does make my administrative work easier and less tedious. There are some quirks but when I have experienced them, the support received was expedient and exceeded my expectations.

Its great and affordable. There are lots of little features I like. The e-sign is the best feature as my business is online and having authorization forms for the clients to sign.

This is awesome - to be able to do things to a pdf that I have always wanted to be able to do, and had to do, but taking the long route - this is a HUGE time saver. I just wish that it was a one time price.

What are Class A and B licenses?
Licenses are categorized by class and are distinguished as being commercial or non-commercial. Class A: Any combination of vehicles with a AVW rating of 26,001 lbs. or more. Class B: Any single vehicle with a AVW rating of 26,001 lbs. or more and any vehicle towing a vehicle not in excess of 10,000 lbs.
