I liked that I can type in the blanks for documents , but I only needed it once and I didn't really didn't understand the price I though got it was $6 a month not $72. But the understanding of customer service was great I'm glad I'll be getting my refund. Thank you again. It's a ok service maybe for a business not personal use

I looked through all of the court libraries, many online results, etc to find what I needed to represent myself in court against my ex to defend my parenting rights, and this was the only place a found the form I needed, that was writable and downloadable. Easy to import edit- wished I had this a long time ago! I was desperately trying to find a way to send my Doctor forms. Scanner/Printer was knocked out from the storm.

Lease classifications include operating leases and capital leases. A lease is a type of transaction undertaken by a company to have the right to use an asset. What are the two major classifications of leases?
The two most common types of leases are operating leases and financing leases (also called capital leases). In order to differentiate between the two, one must consider how fully the risks and rewards associated with ownership of the asset have been transferred to the lessee from the lessor.
How do you classify finance lease and operating lease?
An operating lease is generally treated like renting. That means the lease payments are treated as operating expenses and the asset does not show on the balance sheet. A financial lease is generally treated like loan. Here, asset ownership is considered by the lessee, so the asset appears on the balance sheet.
