A Great Product to create PDF documents
Having client's sign documents and creating forms.
The ability to create, fill and sign PDF documents was the best part about this software for me, personally.

This software has solved many problems for a few clients, well done.
Being able to host the forms online for anyone to fill out, which is something that I couldn't find with any other software.
No way to remove the flow of fields, you are just able to move the order around, which is very annoying as well.

EXCELLENT Customer Service
I requested a refund on my annual subscription after it had been taken out of my account. I explained that I don't use the software, and did not need to have my subscription renewed. I need fast turnarounds for information as I do not have time to convert content from other platforms. I have little time and money to do things. The PDF filler is cost effective and enables me to convert content in a matter of seconds, rather than hours in some cases.

Really Great Software
I like that it's easily to fill in pdfs and also create fillable pdfs.
I don't like that there aren't many support options available.

It is useful. Only thing I would like is for it to figure out what font I had on the document BEFORE I edit it. I have contract templates that I use that I have to edit sometimes and finding the font that will match that size and actual type is very difficult. i usually end up just dealing with whichever one I find. If there is a way to do that, please let me know via email.

I would love to attend a webinar eventually, but time right now does not allow it. I have been extremely pleased with pdfFiller and recommend it to everyone I know who has to fill out a lot of forms.
Maybe slower than hand writing , but legible which is extremely important. My biggest issue is somehow I have two accounts with other documents saved and do not know how to merge them. That was my problem not realizing i had an account already. Thank yall so much!!!

Do you have to pay prevailing wage on warranty work?
Warranty Work under a warranty is subject to the original prevailing wage for the contract that created the warranty obligation. The original project Intent to Pay Prevailing Wages is still valid, but the Affidavit of Wages wills need to be updated for the new hours of work and any new trades or occupations used.
Do subcontractors have to pay prevailing wage?
Prevailing wage laws are federal and state laws that require contractors and subcontractors on public jobs must pay the majority of their workers no less than the local, prevailing wage rate.
Do owners have to pay themselves prevailing wage?
A: Bona fide owners or partners are exempt from payment of DBA prevailing wage and the contractor need not comply with the DBA requirements. The salary and salary basis requirements do not apply to the exemption of business owners under 29 C.F.R. § 541.101.
Who pays prevailing wage?
Prevailing wages must be paid to all workers employed on a public works project when the public works project is more than $1,000.
Who is exempt from prevailing wage?
Section 13(a)(1) of the FLEA exempts employees employed in a bona fide executive, administrative, or professional capacity from the minimum wage and overtime requirements of that law.
