With the exception of the scam you have going to get people to sign up for your service... (i.e., On a holiday I came into my office to get work done quickly so I could then spend time with my family. I was soo pleased with your service as it let me upload a document and seamlessly edit it for 2 hours and the peace of mind that everything was working properly as your program continually provided feedback saying that 'all changes have been saved'. Then when I finally finished, after triple checking my work and feeling thrilled that I could go celebrate the holiday and be with my family, I selected the big bright button that says, Done!. And only THEN, after 2 hours of work, did you tell me, there is an error and I need to sign up for your program. You should be ashamed of yourselves. I was so excited to tell other people about your program and how well it works. After being scammed, ripped off in terms of money and precious time, I won't be telling anyone about your service. If you prefer to keep me as a happy customer, perhaps you will find a way to make up for this inconvenience (e.g., give me a discounted membership, upgrade my membership, some other kind gesture?) and correct this misunderstanding that you are covertly enticing people to use your program with an inconsiderate scam. Mostly I am thrilled with this service I didn't know I needed... until this week... and I needed it twice!! The form MC 030 was glitchy when it came to cut and pasting and editing the comments section. My only complaint.

It is easy to fill out proposals with your template. I wish there was a way to make it easier to access it because I will be using that document many times and so far I have had to search for it.

I am absolutely amazed at the customer service I received today. I accidentally purchased the wrong plan and had messaged these guys to advise and ask if they could put me on the plan I wanted and asked if I could get a refund for the difference that I paid. They done all of this within a matter of hours no questions asked they simply helped me with my request straight away. This kinda service was A++++ I would recommend them also the PDF filler is so easy to use and navigate I will be using this quite often.

Great program. Let's you edit PDF, sign documents, send documents to clients or other persons to sign electronically. Also gives access (at least my package) to some limited legal forms which is helpful. Would highly recommend.
