Good product with a few minor changes You need to be able to increase font size on just one word or 1 line, not the whole document. Also ther should be a notice when you have come to your margin so you don't keep typing and have to redo. But all in all it worked as it said and did a good job for me.I will use this again, many times. Thank you

What do you like best? No more filling in forms with my handwriting. What do you dislike? Nothing really. I have found it be very helpful. Recommendations to others considering the product: Easy to use and affordable. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? A nice looking final document with legible information as opposed to my illegible handwriting. No need for a typewriter to fill in blanks on forms which means more space for other equipment.

If you need color copies collated for example, you're not going to be pleased if you receive collated color copies. The difference between collated and collated is that collated means every page of your print job is kept in order. An collated print job is made up of pages not in order.
Diagram A Collated set of documents. In printing, the term Collate refers to the gathering and arranging of individual sheets or other printed components into a pre-determined sequence. Basically, Collating creates consistent, logical sets from multiple parts.
Collate means that when printing more than one copy of a multi-page document, the copies will print all pages of each copy before printing the second copy. They are sorted into a correctly assembled sequence and so if you are printing multiple copies it will then print them as sets of documents, not as single pages.
The difference between collated and collated is that collated means every page of your print job is kept in order. An collated print job is made up of pages not in order.
Collating Copies. With a copier, it means the multi-page document you are copying is placed in complete sets that can be used right away. It is the same in Word. If you have a document that consists of five pages, and you are printing multiple copies, you can either print them collated or normal.
Click the File tab. Click Print. Under Settings, click Print One Sided, and then click Manually Print on Both Sides. When you print, Word will prompt you to turn over the stack to feed the pages into the printer again.
Collate printing should be used anytime when you need a number of copies of a multi-page document that is meant to be read sequentially. The more pages in the document and the more copies you need, the more time you can save through collated printing.
