At times, it is difficult to edit the pdf the way you want. There are too many steps to take in order to do what you want with your document. Eventually, I am able to get the pdf the way I want it.

Honestly this service was awesome the only issue I had was that it wasn't up front about the payment. I didn't realize it was a paid service until the end when I had finished editing everything and that really annoyed me. But other than that the features are simply incredible. Great software for the money Great software for the money. Has helped tremendously with our business needs. The only thing I would change is the LinktoFill. This gets confusing due to saving a file when you make updates to it and then you end up with having the two files. there should be an option to update exsiting file. Besides that, great program.

Customer Service Is Great I used this service while at work and as a functional feature it is great, does what one needs it to do. However, as sometimes happens, I needed to charge this to my personal banking account at the time. When I left the company, I contacted their customer services team via their web based chat service and a kind lady named Monica answered my query. She was very helpful, diligent in helping me locate my details, and took her time to reassure me that the service subscription had ended and evening was a-ok.
