easy to use and reasonably priced. The only difficulty I had was finding how to get back to the template once I'd done one 1099. There is probably a way to keep my company info for each subsequent form but I didn't find it. I only had a few 1099's so this worked great and will want to use it next year.

Not very user friendly Not very user friendly. The "sign-up" commitment is not good... Inevitably some people will forget to cancel and then will be hit with a high annual charge...

Contact Support
Quoting a portion of dialogue: If you quote something a character says, use double quotation marks on the outside ends of the quotation to indicate that you are quoting a portion of the text. Use single quotation marks inside the double quotation marks to indicate that someone is speaking.
The quote within the quote, Do unto others as you would have them do unto you, is enclosed in single quotation marks. (The British convention is the opposite; the main quote would use single quotation marks and the quote within the quote would use double quotation marks.)
Double quotation marks are used for the first quotation. Single quotation marks are used for a quotation within a quotation. Double marks are used for a further quotation inside that, etc.
Long quotations For quotations that are more than four lines of prose or three lines of verse, place quotations in a free-standing block of text and omit quotation marks. Start the quotation on a new line, with the entire quote indented ½ inch from the left margin while maintaining double-spacing.
The author's last name, the year of publication, and the page number (preceded by a 'p. ') should appear in parentheses after the quote. If you state the author's name in your sentence, the name must be followed by the year of publication in parentheses and the quote must be followed by the page number.
Incorporate short direct quotes into a sentence. Use a lead-in to introduce the quote. Put quotation marks around the direct quote. Provide commentary after a quote to explain how it supports your ideas. Paraphrase the quote if you can restate the author's ideas in your own words.

Provide the author and specific page number (in the case of verse, provide line numbers) in the in-text citation, and include a complete reference on the Works Cited page. Punctuation marks such as periods, commas, and semicolons should appear after the parenthetical citation.
When making reference to the spoken words of someone other than the author recorded in a text, cite the name of the person and the name of the author, date and page reference of the work in which the quote or reference appears.
Cite the source of the quote--article, book, e-book, video, or website. Visit the APA Help guide to see examples. Click on References and In-text Citation Examples. Find the source type used to see examples.
Introduce your quotations. Discuss your quotations. Sometimes you might want to begin your quotation in the middle of the writer's sentence. Sometimes leave out some words to condense the quotation. Parenthetical material goes inside the punctuation mark.
Do not add quotation marks. Introduce the quote using your own words followed by : a colon if you have written a complete sentence or a comma if you use a phrase such as 'according to' along with the authors name. End the quote with a full stop and the footnote number.
To create a proper MLA works cited list when there are multiple sources by the same author, place the references in alphabetical order by the title. Only include the author's name in the first reference. In place of the author's name, place three dashes, followed by a comma.
Rule 1. Use double quotation marks to set off a direct (word-for-word) quotation. Rule 2a. Always capitalize the first word in a complete quotation, even midsentence. Rule 2b. Do not capitalize quoted material that continues a sentence. Rule 3a. Rule 3b. Rule 3c. Rule 4. Rule 5a.
In most writing, you should use quotations for one or more of the following specific purposes: Use quotation to reproduce distinctive, admirable, or felicitous phrasing--that is, when a paraphrase would be an inadequate representation.
