What do you like best?
The customer support is phenomenal. They always answer quickly and fix whatever issue i have. The actual software does it's supposed to and increases my productivity x10. There are features included to import government forms easily or you can upload your own. The templates are easy to create and to make new documents using.
What do you dislike?
The amount of options can be overwhelming. It seems like the product can do so much and would take a long time to fully understand or use. The speed of the application is actually pretty fast but its not a literal immediate load time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Learn to import your forms directly from their bank of existing forms. Be careful when editing fields so that you don't overwrite existing functionality. If you need help don't hesitate to do a live chat and screen share. Their chat agents will fix any issue you have. I've had them help me multiple times.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We use it to fill out government tax forms, specifically form 1098c for our nonprofit organization. The primary benefit is a secure place to share and store all our documents that we can search and edit when we need. This software saves us an immense amount of time. It provides a method to update and edit documents in minutes with recurring pages that would otherwise take 4x times longer fill out and complete. We generally only use this form an IRS form specifically but i can see the use case for many types of companies and situations.

sometimes when i save my pdf everything is out of alignment. even though in the preview everything is in place. when i save it seems some lines and words are shifted

What do you like best about the product?
I would say what is most helpful is being able to edit all PDF, and it is simple and user-friendly. Works quickly and is very cheap. I would definitely continue to use it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly nothing really. I have not had any issues with the software. I guess it could be a bit cheaper, but for all of the different capabilities, I think it is a great price.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem of being able to edit and fill in PDF without creating an entirely new document, or having to write it in and scan it in, definitely has helped my business

pdfFiller is user-friendly and the site is easy to navigate. I love the fact that a function stays the same until you change it, eg. a font size and format. However, I would like the option to use all the Fonts that I have installed on my own computer. When a page is duplicated, I'd love it if the 'changes' made to the original using pdfFiller, could also be duplicated rather than simply a duplication of the original document. I also can't seem to find a way to cut and paste text to apply it in a different area of the document, which means that the process of replicating a change is more time-consuming, but this could be my current unfamiliarity with the software. I was impressed that within a couple of hours of use, I was offered the option to attend a webinar to improve my understanding.

How do you e tag DFW?
If you're using e-tagging, your first step is to validate the tag in the Model app. Then, write down the confirmation number provided by the app, plus your name, DFW ID, date of birth and harvest date on anything that will stand up to the elements (like flagging or duct tape).
How do I print my hunting tag?
Go back to the online permits site and select on “Manage your Account & Reprint Permits” At the next page enter your Conservation ID, Driver's License number, or Social Security number along with your date of birth. Choose which permit you need to print.
How do I print my Ontario hunting tags?
Tags can be printed from home, at a license issuer or a participating Service Ontario location, either right after purchase or once draw results are available. Any tag replacements will be tracked through the licensing service and must be obtained at a license issuer or participating Service Ontario location.
Can I print a copy of my fishing license?
A recreational fishing or hunting license is required to be in your possession when you are engaged in the licensed activity. To replace a lost or stolen license or permit, you may reprint it at anytime online at no cost, or visit a license agent or tax collector's office to have it reprinted for a $2.50 fee.
How do I look up my hunting license?
To view your current Florida recreational hunting and fishing licenses: Go to the FCC Recreational Licensing Issuance Services (CLIS) online license sales site at http://gooutdoorsflorida.com. Enter your identification information and click “Continue” Your current licenses will be listed.
How do I print a moose tag?
Once the original tag holder has transferred the tag, you and the designated alternate can print your tags and updated License Summary (beginning August 18, 2020) by logging in to your own online account and printing your tags from the active licenses page or by visiting a license issuer or participating
Can I show my fishing license on my phone?
A copy on your mobile device is a legal means of proof. “You can show your purchased license on your mobile device. We recommend saving the PDF on your device and printing a backup copy.”
