Wow, I am just testing the functionality of this system. If it does what I think it can its like having a personal secretary/ administrative assistant. I will gladly pay the premium for the service. My one concern, I want to make sure the is confidentiality and protection for the documents I'm transmitting as they are confidential. These days identity theft and misuse of personal protected inforamtion is critical so, you're assurances my site is secure and my documents I choose to fax and mail from PDF filer are not being inappropriately accessed by PDF filler employees is good to share. I like the email code you require for me to log in, that gives me security. I would like to know that when "chatting" with your team, they can't see my actual documents, just my account. I have no reason not to believe your site is secure, but just sharing. I am considering purchasing a small business, I would use your service daily and would like to be able to "buy up" credits for additional fax capabiltiy. Great service ! I've already referred your system to at least 4 different companies including the mortgage company I'm working with on the purchase of my business who has stated they will refer their clients to it. This is a tool which I never thought I would use so much! I love it! I think the dashboard is cluttered and not the easiest to navigate, and a "strike through" option for documents would be nice to have.

Easy way to fill out. Don't have to print and scan. Very clean. I liked the signature filler. Just uploaded and place wherever there's a signature and shows up with PDFfiller date stamp

What do you like best?
The dashboard is well laid out and intuitive. It is easy to figure out the functions of buttons without referring to FAQ.
What do you dislike?
There is a little bit of a disconnect when saving your file, it's not always easy to figure where it is being saved.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Start out with the trial. I think you will be impressed enough to purchase.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
For us it has eliminated the need to download, then print a document, fill out the blank fields, then scan it and email it to the requestor.

What do you like best?
I like PDFFIller because it always works, unlike some other PDF tools I've purchased in the past. PDFFiller is my goto tool and will become my exclusive tool once my other package expires.
What do you dislike?
There's a little confusion when saving to my Google Drive. Now and then, the file can't be found there when on my phone.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I've also used Ecopy for several years and just find PDFfiller to be more user friendly and stable. As I said, it's my goto PDF tool.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I fill in forms, I create forms listing medical issues/histories, electronic signatures are always handy. I also convert to Office Documents if needed.

Best program Ever! This software has changed our business. We are in a very form intensive business and not all forms come in electronically. PDFfiller allows us to convert them and manipulate them to our liking. Saves us tons of time and effort. Nothing I don't like. Handy little software for fillable PDFs Create fillable PDFs in minutes with PDFfiller. We use a lot of paper forms and it wasn't until recently that we began transferring all our old school paper and pen documents to these nifty fillable PDFs that folks can easily and conveniently complete and submit online. Sometimes PDFfiller lags a bit but it's not annoying enough to stop using. Overall, I'm very pleased with the product.
