My experience with PDFfiller has been mostly smooth. It has beneficial features I haven't found with other PDF editors. There are a couple of things that I haven't been able to do but I'm not sure if it's not an option or I just don't know how to do them.

I had some troubles purchasing my subscription after my free trial and had a long wait using the chat feature. However, I called into the customer support line and had immediate amazing customer service in resolving my issue. My customer service rep was very detail in listening to my concerns and offering resolution. Efficient service
I had great service and very efficient. I was asking for a refund ,which I thought I wouldn't get,to my surprise Pdf filler has given me the refund and it should be in my account within a few days. The sales assistant who I was emailing is named Phoebe. Phoebe made the whole process a breeze and was very polite.

Easy to navigate
Easy to navigate. I didn't have cash to send correspondence to the IRS. This is a great tool for sure. It's more difficult submitting a review though, just saying. Your date feature sucks.
