Honestly- it is not straigth forward tool- you need to spend time and learn how to use it so it is not exceptionally user friendly.

First time user. It was fast and easy to learn. I hate doing govt forms and this was so simple to use and completed what takes me hours in mionutes.

Overall I love the app and all the features it offer! The benefits totally outweigh the cost. Amazing app!
What I like most about the feature is I can use it both for work to fill out pdf files and for my personal studies where I can write notes, comment, add highlights and more to the file.
What I least like about this is it can be a bit pricey to maintain especially if I were only a student. But good thing I am also using it for work so I can really maximize its use.

The templates are really helpful. It can automatically be saved with new information.
What do you dislike?
The signateure date and initialling has to clicked for each time. Would like to be able to just click the option and repeat that option several times without selecting it.

Can send out contracts and paperwork. Re-formatted the paperwork to be filled out electronically and it's much clearer.

I love the product and help via chat has been great but it would be nice to have some training videos to help me get up and running with the product. This is my busy season and it slows me down having to chat for help a video would be so much nicer. Thank you for a great product.

How do you Zoom on Google Docs?
To Zoom In Control + (hold the control key and press the plus key)
To Zoom Out Control (hold the control key and press the minus key)
To restore zoom back to 100% Control 0 (hold the control key and press the 0 key)
How do I reduce the size of a Google document?
On your computer, open a document in Google Docs or a spreadsheet in Google Sheets.
In the toolbar, click 100%. Choose how big you want your text or enter a number from 50 to 200. In Google Docs, to make the document as wide as the browser window, click Fit.
How do I change the size of a Google Doc?
On your computer, open a document in Google Docs.
In the toolbar, click File. Page setup.
Go to the setting you want to change: Orientation. Paper size. Page color. Margins.
Make your changes.
Click OK.
How do you print a compressed file?
Choose the folder with your ZIP file or files, set Open Compressed Files on, and click Scan. Then click Print. You get a list with all the files in the ZIP file. Use the Preview function to quickly get a preview of several file types on the ZIP file.
