I like that it's easily to fill in pdfs and also create fillable pdfs.
I don't like that there aren't many support options available.

Excellent Service
I did the 30 day trial period and was very satisfied with the process.I used the product for about 10 different documents within a 2 day period. I forgot about the trial period and was charged for an annual subscription and was emailed the confirmation. I went online and requested to cancel the subscription due to not needing the product and received the cancellation with 5 minutes, very satisfied.

Great for Work!
Great for work, especially if you deal with a lot of documents, forms etc. Good for making templates, stitching documents together, creating packets, getting forms out for people to fill. Great that you can fax your documents right from the web interface... makes life a lot easier.

ONE THING IT LACKS IS THE FEATURE TO COLUMISE THE TEXT. LIKE ALIGNING TO CENTER, LEFT, RIGHT. IT WOULD BE GOOD TO HAVE THE OPTION TO DO THAT. LIKE THE ONE MICROSOFT WORD HAS.

How do I reduce the size of a PDF, so I can email it?
Click the "Clean Up” option, then click the "Object compression options” drop-down menu. Select "Compress document structure.” This option shrinks the size of the PDF document by removing any other useless items from the PDF, as well as optimizing it for fast Web view.
