My only disappointment with PDFfiller was that I did not know it was a subscription based service since I clicked through a google link to a specific form. I know that most IRS forms are free and can be saved to my files, however sometimes trying to download the forms is difficult to do. PD Filler is much more user friendly and easy to follow.

I used to the old pdfiller where I can delete pages that I do not need. Maybe, It is also available here and I just need to take time to learn of how to delete pages that I do not need and able to edit even after completing and saved the doc.

Satisfied customer
I had my free trial with the company but found that it was not for me. The payment had been taken out of my account. I contacted the company and with in minutes I had a reply and my money was refunded to me. I am retired and do not use my computer to its full extent. If this experience is anything to go by then I am sure everyone will be satisfied with the company. Thanks to everyone for their help.
