Honestly- it is not straigth forward tool- you need to spend time and learn how to use it so it is not exceptionally user friendly.

Easy to use
Easy to use, has lots of cool features and tools. Gives you complete control and edit capability of docs. Love that you can access it anywhere via web browser and doesn't require software install.

What do you like best?
I encounter a lot of reasons to amend, annotate, merge, separate, and complete PDF documents. I used the free version of pdfFiller for a while and realized that I used it so much and liked using it so much that I actually paid for the upgraded version. I have been using pdfFiller for about a year and it is a go-to part of my toolbox for document management. In fact, I just grabbed a couple of model forms from my trade association and (with permission) stripped off their information and inserted my firm info and logo. In 15 minutes I had professional forms tailored to my business - I cannot even estimate how much that saved me in time and money. pdfFiller makes me look good, so I am giving them a review to make them look good - it's what I can Good Business quid-pro-quo.
What do you dislike?
Nothing is perfect, and while I gave pdfFiller the highest rating I could, it too is not perfect. I have found that scrolling through documents I have edited rather than being able to create folders to store my completed documents is slower than I want. I come from a Windows environment and have become spoiled by the Windows' file structure. Still, this is probably more about me than about pdfFiller.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I annotate, merge, duplicate, and complete more pdf forms than I like. Most are government or bureaucratic forms and they insist upon too much information. It helps to have forms done one and stored on pdfFIller that I can access to update the dates or other data and resubmit.

where has this been all my life. i'm 20 minutes into download, clicked buy, installed laptop & cell. already created two forms & makes my time with older versions of fillable PDF generator programs seem like a million years ago.

How to Use the Conform Autograph Document Feature in pdfFiller
The Conform Autograph Document feature in pdfFiller allows you to easily add your signature to any document. Follow these simple steps to use this feature:

Open the document you want to sign in pdfFiller.

Click on the 'Sign' button in the toolbar at the top of the page.

Select the 'Conform Autograph Document' option from the drop-down menu.

A pop-up window will appear, prompting you to draw or upload your signature. Choose the option that suits you best.

If you choose to draw your signature, use your mouse or touchpad to create your signature in the designated area. You can also use a stylus if you have one.

If you choose to upload your signature, click on the 'Upload' button and select the image file of your signature from your computer or cloud storage.

What is conformed signature format?
A conformed signature is a type of electronic s-signature where the signer puts an “s” between two forward slash marks in front of their typed name (for example, /s/ Jimmy Doe). The conformed s-signature style also eliminates the need for an individual to print, sign, or scan a document to submit it electronically.
