Unclear as to whether or not I can save multiple versions of the fillable form for future editing, which I assume, but it's not intuitive, otherwise I would have rated 5.

I had some initial problems (undoing things and a pop-up overtime I used text boxes). Customer support representative Ellie guided me through it and was able to resolve most of my problems. I still wish I could use the text boxes without the pop-up though. I believe at this time it is not possible.

I like everything I have tried with the exception of the fact that I cannot download a fillable form to my desktop. I wanted to make a form that I could pull up quickly on my computer when I have a new patient intake. It only allows a link and too many steps to make this a good alternative to the paper and pen format I am currently using.

It's very good app. The cost for what it offers is alot better then having a Adobe subscription. You can fax and a whole bunch of things. It just made my life easy.

At work, I use ABBY and it is very effective. I didn't think to get that before I chose this. I was searching quickly, but am ok with it. I would to redact in groups by typing the first few characters.

The Conform Checkbox Permit feature in pdfFiller allows you to easily create and manage checkboxes in your documents. Follow these steps to use this feature:

Access the pdfFiller website or open the pdfFiller app on your device.

Upload the document you want to work with by clicking on the 'Upload' button or selecting it from your device's storage.

Once the document is uploaded, click on the 'Edit' button to enter the editing mode.

Locate the area in the document where you want to add a checkbox. You can use the zoom and navigation tools to navigate through the document easily.

Click on the 'Checkbox' button in the toolbar at the top of the screen. This will activate the checkbox creation mode.

Position the cursor where you want to place the checkbox and click to add it. You can resize and move the checkbox as needed.

To customize the checkbox, right-click on it and select 'Properties'. Here, you can change the appearance, size, and other settings of the checkbox.
