My experience Pryor to contact customer support via online chat wasn't a pleasant experience. However my representative went over and beyond in my opinion to resolve the issue for me. Easy to use -- several format/file extension options for saving and ability to link with cloud and sharing platforms makes this so versatile. Having the option to save a filled form as a template is very helpful. The customization and array of options is allowing me to complete tasks, for which I previously needed multiple programs.

Like any software you need to learn the program and the first time I used it I was struggling and reached out to support. I was AMAZED at the quick response I received and the step by step instruction.

I've been looking for an easy way to fill out these forms other then using a typwriter. The only issue was I couldn't find this years forms very easy. I had to contact customer support. ???

Great but Pricey
Great tool and I do have the paid version but the cost is a bit much. Not sure I would renew membership. That will be based on your personal needs.

Great Product
Great Product. I work in a small office. This program is just enough to make great forms for applications and requests. It is easy to use and makes my documents look professional.

Great Customer Service
Used the service on a free trial, was a positive experience but I didn't need it after I was done applying for apartments. Forgot to cancel after my trial and was charged for 2 months, contacted customer service on their live chat and was given the full refund within a minute! World class customer service!
