Try Them Out
Give the trial period a go, you’ll be fully exposed to the functionality of the site. Customer support is communicative and relatively fast. The site wasn’t a fit for my personal needs, but the things that it did do, it does well. Reasonably priced also if you find yourself constantly editing PDFs.

My county require residential construction plans modified to meet 140 mph wind standards. I was unable to reach my building designer. I was able to cut and paste drawings from the manual that I hope will meet their standards.

What do you like best?
The editing module is effortless! The tools available allow us to edit, rearrange and create whatever final version we want. It's very easy to use and makes editing quick. Time is so important and PDF Filler allows us to focus on the work that matters vs. spending countless hours editing documents.
What do you dislike?
I would like to have a media or image folder that we can get to without being in edit mode. Connecting team members is not easy and not straightforward - it would be great to have more control over this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PDF filler replaced Adobe. Adobe had so many glitches and didn't allow us to edit all documents. Now, PDF Filler gives us the ability to get our work done and quickly!

PDF Filler - what a great tool
I love the convenience of being able to access and fill out forms from any device or computer. I also like the fact that I can save the forms I create and use them again in the future. Very easy to find and insert the form fields that I need. It is also very user-friendly, and it makes creating forms so much easier. I like that I don't have to download anything and it is all online. I can access my account anywhere, anytime. The customer service is also excellent. I highly recommend it.

I was accidentally billed after cancelling my subscription. I contacted the customer service and was completely blown away by the fantastic and prompt support i received. How to Use the Conform Highlight Document Feature in pdfFiller
The Conform Highlight Document feature in pdfFiller allows you to easily highlight and mark up your documents. Follow these steps to use this feature:

Open the document you want to highlight in pdfFiller.

Click on the 'Highlight' button in the toolbar at the top of the page.

Select the text or area you want to highlight by clicking and dragging your cursor over it.

How do you highlight an area?
Select the “Highlight Area” tool and apply the desired highlighted area on the PDF document. Once the highlight is applied, right-click on the highlighted area. Select “Properties”. In the “Display” tab, select the desired color for the highlight area using the “Fill Color” option.
How do I shade an area in a PDF?
Click on the Drawing Tools menu and select Rectangle. Draw a rectangle the size of the area you want to fill. Right-click on the rectangle you just drew and choose Properties. On the Appearance tab, set the Style to No Border and the Fill Color to your desired shade.
How do you highlight text in PDF?
Select “Type :: Highlight”. Now, the Comments List will only display the Highlight annotations. Click on one, and you'll observe selected Highlight annotation will be displayed over in the PDF. From the Comments List “Options” icon drop-down menu select “Create Comment Summary”.

How do I highlight my screen?
