Your guy was good - but I really didn't get the result from the program I expected. I thought it would convert to word exactly. I understand why it didn't - just makes the program less than what I had thought I was buying. I don't do this type of work often and will probably just discontinue the program.

hard to figure out and hard to talk to customer support they like the texting thing I hate it love talking on phone talking to real people and takes a lot less time due to I can allow you to show me on my screen great technology

Perfect for paperwork
My overall experience would be that I love it and plan to continue using it going forward in life. It's much easier then printing out paperwork, filling it out, scanning it and sending it back to whomever. Its extremely convenient.
I love most that I'm able to edit any pdf and the save and and either email it or print it. There's even a function to sign the pdf right on the computer. Awesome.
I do not like that it sometime freezes. I could be filling out a form and sometimes it'll freeze and automatically refresh and everything I put in is gone so I'd have to start over. It doesn't happen often but has happened to me before.

Very easy and intuitive, the learning curve is very small. Tiny differences in the drawing between what you see on the screen and in the printed document.

What do you like best?
Easy to use and updates my pdfs in minutes. Great for filling out forms and digitally signing documents in a remote working environment.
What do you dislike?
While there are tools to keep text boxes aligned, it could be a bit stronger when filling out forms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PdfFiller is a great tools for remote working. It solves issues with filling out forms, signed documents and much more when an employee does not have access to a printer or scanner.

Typically, with commercial properties, lease rates are based on the annual cost, per square foot, of the leased space. Thus, to determine the monthly rent for a property, one would need to multiply the quoted rent per square foot by the number of square feet being leased.

You will typically see this quoted as an annual rate or a monthly rate. Example with a yearly price per square foot: A 3,000 sf office space has a yearly asking rental rate of $25 per square foot. 3,000 x $25.00 = $75,000 per year for rent.
