You need some front end GUI. "What do you want to do?" "Create a brand new form from scratch?" "Make a PDF form fillable for your business?" etc.... I got the service and deleted my subscription only to play with it a little more and see the tiny, green side button that allows one to make the form fillable and then I realized this was a service I wanted. You are not demonstrating or advertising the best feature from the get-go.

The learning curve is not too steep. I'd feel more confident with it, if there was a way to save the document other than clicking DONE which closes it....it's better than the government forms I've hassled with!

Marie from the Customer Support Center worked with me promptly to ensure I received a refund. It is not that I was not satisfied with the program, it provided me with everything I needed to complete my work tasks remotely. However, I am on a limited budget and took advantage of the free trial opportunity. Insert one 'tab' between the speaker name and the spoken dialogue as you transcribe the recording. Insert a line break between each paragraph as you transcribe the recording. Bold each speaker label as you transcribe the recording.
Your transcript should include page numbers, a title, and the date. It's also a good idea to include an abbreviated version of the title and date in a header or footer on the page. You also need to identify the different voices on the recording. You can use the first letter of each person's name or a nickname.
A high school transcript is basically a record of your academic accomplishments in high school. It lists every class you took, when you took them, and the grade you received in each class, sometimes along with additional information such as standardized test scores and any honors you received.
Usually at the top of the transcript, personal details are listed, such as full name, address, and birthdate, along with the total credits earned, grade point average, and class rank. Then the transcript lists all the classes taken by the student starting from the most recent, and the grade and credits earned.
The course number tells you how the course appears in the catalog. The next column is usually the title of the course. Next you should see the attempted hours/credits for that course. Next you'll see your letter grade for the course.
At the top right is your academic status. This includes the date you entered 9th grade, your graduation plan, your current GPA (grade point average), your class rank, and the last date that class ranks were tabulated.
AIRS — Attempted Hours. EARS — Earned Hours (Graduation Hours) CHRS — Quality Hours (GPA hours) OPTS — Quality Points (for calculating GPA)
Because a transcript is your official academic record, anytime you transfer from one high school to another, you'll need a copy of your transcript. This is how your new high school will determine what course track is most appropriate for you given your academic history.
