I first tried PDFfiller with a trial subscription and to be honest, I really just wanted it so I could add text to a document and I didn't plan to extend my subscription. But after trying it, I liked it so much, I continued the subscription after the trial and my subscription expires in 2 days and I plan to renew for another year. I'm a freelance paralegal and often need to add text (and complete forms) in .pdf format. The program is also very easy to use and has many great features (like "erase" and different font styles and sizes). My subscription has more than paid for itself and I would - and do - highly recommend PDFfiller to anyone looking for this type of program.

This app has been very helpful in tracking various forms and schedules in one place. I couldn't always access a particular form but generally, this was a great way to do a one-stop-shop for tax forms.

I use PDFfiller to create and sign military and employment documents. It is fairly easy to use. I love being able to save docs to my Google Drive. And the electronic signature is awesome.

Occasionally I have had to extract some images of pdf files, for which this program has helped me and pleasantly surprised, since the process is very fast and the conversion of the file to images is quite fast and of good quality. Also in some moments I had to create some PDFs myself from photographs or text files, I have also in this process pdffil has been very useful, showing a very good performance and rapids

it's been satisfactory so far how ever with the limitations i can't justify the cost especially the requiired annual payment in which i can't afford at this time and the use of the product will be limited and not on a consistent basis therefore i can't pay the annual fee at one time

What do you like best?
I like the fact that PDF Filler is available on the fly whether you're on your phone, iPad, or desktop. It's easy to sign, fill out forms, edit, etc.
What do you dislike?
I dislike the load times when opening a pdf document. Also, I do not like the fact that I cannot automatically send a pdf to SignNow without having to logout and log back into PDFFiller.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I use PDF filler for all my real estate transactions. Because I've pre-filled all my personal information, it's easy to just substitute the rest of the information on the forms. It makes life a breeze!

I signed up originally to utilise this service. Whilst I did not wish to continue with the service (just wouldnt need it again) I did struggle to cancel the service. I sent an email outlining my issue and got the quickest response back and my account fixed and funds returned. Great service if you do require all the time. Easy to use. Highly recommend.

Bookmarks allows you to quickly jump to different pages and views making it easier to navigate large documents. Many documents will have bookmarks generated when they are created in a CAD application but others may not. You may want to add more Bookmarks or manage them in general. You can do this in the Bookmarks panel. Click on the Bookmarks panel to access it. This document doesn't have any bookmarks. So start from scratch and add the Bookmarks manually. Click on the Add Bookmarks button and it will create a new Bookmark at the current zoom and view. You have the option to edit the Bookmark's title and when you're finished click enter to add the Bookmark. You could continue to add Bookmarks manually, however the automatic process will speed things up quite a bit. To generate Bookmarks automatically, click on the Create Bookmark icon. You can use Page Labels as Bookmarks if you already have the appropriate page labels setup or you can select Page Region to select areas on the document to create your Bookmarks. In this case we will pull from a Page Region using the documents title block. Once you have selected the bookmark criteria, click OK to create the Bookmarks. If you have a top level Bookmark with detail pages after it, you can define that structure with ordered or nested pages. Use the arrow at the right to add ordered or child pages in the same way. Or click and drag on a Bookmark to change the order or nest it under other Bookmarks. Right click on a Bookmark and see the options available for that Bookmark. You can jump to that Bookmark or edit it to reflect the current view on screen. You can also rename the Bookmark or even delete it. You can set an Action for the Bookmark beyond the basic Jump to this area option like setting up a Hyperlink that jumps to your project planner. You can also change the text properties like color and weight under the Properties option. You might use this to draw attention to a specific Bookmark or as part of an organizational structure to your Bookmarks. Clicking on the Bookmark's title menu provides options to save the current collapse state of all the bookmarks which will help for easier navigation. Audit Bookmarks checks for broken Bookmark Links and will show which Bookmarks are broken so you can edit them. You can also export your Bookmarks from this menu selecting the options for how the list will be displayed and stored. Structures which are saved options for formatting Bookmark lists are also available from that menu.
