Getting acquainted with it. Pretty good. Would be a big help to be able to copy and paste whole cell entry(e.g., multiple-line entry within a cell) into another cell. Also, clumsy toggling between a p.1 and p.2 of a device - several interruptions to tell me the document was being edited.

For the most part this is an easy and reliable program to navigate. Some forms expect utilization of the text tool which does not always lend to professional format or uniformity. I am unclear whether this is a function of PDFfiller or the form itself.

Easy and intuitive to use - could fill out forms right away with little effort. Signature capture using the laptop camera did not work - the signature ink lines not clear after cleaning up the image. I scanned my signature at 300dpi using a scanner, and saved that image. I tried this, liked it, and bought 1 year subscription.

So far it has worked for what I need. I wish there was a better price for non profit corporations. AZ Exotic Bird Rescue, Inc. is a 501c3 charity but I had to buy myself because of the cost.

pdfFiller has wonderful support. You can email them or use a chat feature. From the chat feature, I was able to do a remote session through zoom to get my issues resolved quickly. Through email they always respond within 20 minutes. Great customer service!

Cancelling a subscription can be an intimidating and anxiety creating experience. NOT WITH THESE PEOPLE!!! Today I logged in to my account. ***** linked in as my Chat contact and in less then 1 minute the subscription was taken care of for me!!!! I have had to fight too many providers about cancelling subscriptions so THIS WAS REFRESHING!!! Such a contrast and it makes me want to stay connected with them if I ever need their services again.Don't hesitate to access their services and products.

It's essential for digital nomads. Since my base is in the US. I rely on these solutions to continue operations in the US from abroad. I would integrate payment systems, especially with the banking networks to be able to send money orders or checks physically. And I would suggest connecting with virtual offices to be able to interact with clients in a virtual office setting. I'm thinking a virtual secretary solution... just some thoughts to improve. Abe

Identify the number of the monthly payments on the lease. Then subtract the residual value from the net capitalized cost. Divide the resulting number by the number of payments. The result is the depreciation portion of the lease payment. For example, you lease a new car for three years.
Initial decoration. Calculate the present value of all lease payments. This will be the recorded cost of the asset. Record the amount as a debit to the appropriate fixed asset account, and a credit to the capital lease liability account.
For example, if a lease payment were for a total of $1,000 and $120 of that amount were for interest expense, then the entry would be a debit of $880 to the capital lease liability account, a debit of $120 to the interest expense account, and a credit of $1,000 to the accounts payable account.
Calculate the present value of all lease payments. This will be the recorded cost of the asset. Record the amount as a debit to the appropriate fixed asset account, and a credit to the capital lease liability account.
Step 3: Journal entries The equipment account is debited by the present value of the minimum lease payments and the lease liability account is the difference between the value of the equipment and cash paid at the beginning of the year. When you purchase a vehicle, it becomes an asset, and you own it, though a finance company may have an interest in it if you have a loan. Because ownership of a leased car doesn't pass to you, it isn't your asset. Lease payments are, however, a monthly expense or liability.
Lease payments are considered operating expenses and are expensed on the income statement. The firm does not own the asset and, therefore, it does not show up on the balance sheet and the firm does not assess any depreciation. There are various formulas for calculating depreciation of an asset.
