I like it- does what it says- easy to fill in a form. My local authorities keep changing their forms so everytime we spend a long time converting them to word files for editing, they become obsolete! For me Im tech savvy, so I can quickly find my way around for the features that I need myself, however for others they may find it tedious to find the feature, maybe I feel that way because I went through google suites, I was also disappointed at the extremely low rating, however most people must complained that it was not free, which is not really a big issue, no software is totally free, they need to make money, so they will surely make some features available as trail, if you need more stuff then pay, 100%, I don't agree with the negative reviews., that's why I stuck around for the software.
I love this software, actually it is one particular feature that is EXTREMELY attractive for me, which is the ability to make a form that is 1) fillable, 2) electronically signable, 3) that can be available via a link, 4) that can be placed on a website, 5) and best of all accessible only by secure login. All these features are amazing.
Not so clear features however I'm tech savvy so I had no problem, others they may find it tedious to find needed features.
I was also disappointed at the extremely low rating.

I had a very complicated question pertaining to a credit card charge, (I didn't know which account within our company had incurred the charge, and therefore, couldn't track down a receipt) **** helped me reverse engineer the charge to find out where it came from. My company provides Customer Support for the Video Gaming industry, so I know the value of a positive CS experience. Way to Go, ****!

I am very excited to use this product. I was able to troubleshoot much on my own. My only struggle was in saving final product and bringing back up to update.

I signed up originally to utilise this service. Whilst I did not wish to continue with the service (just wouldnt need it again) I did struggle to cancel the service. I sent an email outlining my issue and got the quickest response back and my account fixed and funds returned. Great service if you do require all the time. Easy to use. Highly recommend.

It works!
The application is relatively intuitive to use. It was the only one that offered the full PDF fillable experience under a free trial to really test it. I recommend this program over others I have tried.

How do you embed footnotes?
Click where you want to reference to the footnote or end note. On the References tab, select Insert Footnote or Insert End note. Enter what you want in the footnote or end note. Return to your place in the document by double-clicking the number or symbol at the beginning of the note.
How do I insert a previous footnote?
With Microsoft Word open, place the cursor where the original footnote needs to be placed. Select the 'References' ribbon. Select the 'Insert Footnote' button and enter the footnote information. Place the cursor where the second footnote needs to be placed.
How do you insert the same footnote?
Insert your first (primary) footnote as normal. Position the insertion point in the document where you want the secondary reference to the footnote. Choose Insert | Reference | Cross-reference. Using the Reference Type drop-down list, choose Footnote. Select the footnote you want used for this reference. Click Insert.
How do you cite the same footnote multiple times?
You're able to reference footnotes multiple times in Microsoft Word by using cross-references. However, cross-references have a minor limitation if you insert another footnote above the original one, the footnote number will update, automatically, immediately, but the cross-reference number will not.
