I like that the website is very easy to use and allows many different functions, including digital signatures and saving directly into your computer. I also like the options to save a template to use, which saves me a lot of time as I am always using the same forms.

What is the settlement date in the US?
The settlement date is when a trade is final—when the buyer pays the seller, and the seller delivers cleared assets to the buyer. The settlement date arose to deal with the complex process of clearing a transaction but has since been reduced to as little as one business day (T+1).
How does settlement work in payments?
