This is an easy software to use. The first time I didn't realize it was a "for fee" product. I am glad I stuck with it and paid to use it. I am just signed up for the month and my husband and I are filling out job applications. It is really convenient!

Great product. Have been using it for years. Not easy or intuitive to renew subscription. Ended up getting a 50% renewal but was initially offered a 75% renewal. Mainly use this for personal and light business use.

This is only used once in awhile. Being able to take a PDF and change it to Word document. Being able to add comments to a PDF is easy as well. This needs easier user instructions so use can make the changes needed. It can difficult to find the processes.

Overall very handy. I did have a glitch in printing. When I hit Print Again, it made the page smaller and off center. This happened each time I hit Print Again on the CMS 1500 form, requiring me to go back and start from Print after each edit.

Finally! A way for me to fill things out properly without printing! I am very happy so far with this experience because not only does it allow me to fill out pdf's online and not waste paper and look unprofessional, it allows me to CREATE a pdf in the exact manner that I want it to look. Great customer service This is a great site and if I had a business I would probably use it, but I only needed to sign and fill 2 documents during my 30-day free trail, so the cost of an actual subscription wasn't worth it. I attempted to cancel my subscription on the site but couldn't for some reason. As soon as I asked for a refund, however, it was immediate and customer service could not have been more helpful. So it would have been 5 stars if cancelling the free trial was a little easier. Also, if there was a lower subscription for very light usage I would be interested in that.
