I found this by accident trying to find a 1500 free medical form but wasn't looking forward to filling it out by hand. We are a dental office just starting to use medical coding for new procedures. The best part is that it automatically "carbon copies" to other pages if they require the same information (ex: 1099 tax doc). I've used other PDF generating programs and you have to manually fill in each page. This is such a time-saver and seems like an obvious feature that would be part of any PDF program. I guess this is what makes PDFfiller a greater product than the competition!

Honestly- it is not straigth forward tool- you need to spend time and learn how to use it so it is not exceptionally user friendly.

The upside is that it's very efficient and expedites completing forms effectively. I have used other software and didn't find them to be easy to navigate or efficient.

The downside is that sometimes the text doesn't align when filling in forms I have to complete from other service industries. Also, when PDFfiller is the default PDF it does not print without having to refresh several times.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This software is really good and does make my administrative work easier and less tedious. There are some quirks but when I have experienced them, the support received was expedient and exceeded my expectations.

Easy & fast customer service
I realized that my account was still active-- and I was still being billed-- after leaving my last role. I reached out to the support team on the chat function and they quickly resolved the issue for me-- canceling the transaction right away.

What do you like best?
pdfFiller gives me the tools to customize forms specific to our office and our industry. I also love the ability to create templates for new documents that I design in-house. This cuts down on costs because these templates do not have to outsourced. It is all right there at my finger tips. One additional bonus specifically for me: everyone in our office knows my handwriting is difficult to translate. PDF filler gives me a fast and efficient tool to complete documents and forms in a timely manner.

As a contractor, we have some customers that require a specific contract form. This form requires customization for each customer. pdfFiller allows me to include the specific terms and conditions in the contract while customizing it for the specific customer. This is a huge win for our company since we would normally have to outsource this contract to be completed by others.
