What do you like best?
I like the fact that live Customer service is always there to guide you if there's a problem.
What do you dislike?
The only thing I dislike if when a large corporation wants a form filled out and you use PDF Filler they come back and tell you their shop uses Adobe Acrobat and to please fill out the form once again using Adobe.

Very pleased with the customer care I was new to using pdf filler and had a small technical issue with text auto deleting, so I hopped onto the chat where Sam helped fix the issue using screen share via a Zoom call, he kept me informed of what he was doing and the issue was resolved quickly. Great improvement on traditional Adobe products. Good experience. I would recommend this to other in lieu of mainstream products. Simple, easy to use and operates seamlessly with other programs. It also maintains the appropriate information for future use in other forms. At times, information is lost when downloading forms from websites or is not saved when transmitting via email.
