It's the easiest program for faxing from your computer, converting docs, signing forms, making forms editable. I love it. Above all, they have the best customer service I have ever received. Especially for a product that speaks well for itself. Anna, with tech support, was quick, efficient, kind, very knowledgeable and addressed my issue right away. It has been a long time since I can say that. Not listening to me and my problem has been my experience lately with other tech support from other companies. As a real estate broker, I have used the PDF Filler to fill out contracts and personal forms.
Ease of use. I was able to figure out how the software worked and used it within 15 minutes. This was great because I needed it as soon as I could get it working!
I honestly believe the software can be figured out easily by the vast majority of people. If not, they should be able to get assistance easily.

Pdffiller, great if you fall into the niche
I love being able to merge several photos into one pdf without having to worry about awful formatting. It's pleasant to use and it gives good results.
This product is not actually free (in my experience) I would appreciate free trials without the need for credit card info.

I made a mistake and bought a year subscription instead of one month as I needed, I immediately emailed customer support and thought I would be waiting days for a reply if I was lucky, but to my surprise I received a response within 2 minutes. She offered to change my subscription and refund the rest of my money, I of course excepted and they changed it immediately! ***** ******** for your amazing customer service!
