I like it- does what it says- easy to fill in a form. My local authorities keep changing their forms so everytime we spend a long time converting them to word files for editing, they become obsolete! This cost too much when you are on a fixed income! Your product is set up so we have to pay for each individual service that is offered. Pay to print, pay to download, pay to save, pay to highlight and the list goes on and on........

I have had limited use since I became a subscriber. I have difficulty printing the PDF file
I was working on and asked your online help desk what I could do to remedy that but

The ease of downloading our own files to manipulate the data, and/or recreate a document.

I think a better training tool/video would be beneficial for new and old users.
