So far works as advertised! professional version should include like a few business features to use like 10 times a week etc. That way I would give it 5 stars!

I like the program It is not too complicated. The monthly fee is a bit too high I am not certain that I will be able to keep it past the free trial period. $20 per month is way off the mark; unless you have lots of cash flow. Just seems like $6-$8 per month would be more in line with the value of the product.

What do you like best?
The site is intuitive and everything is organized in a no fuss manner. Scanning in documents and making changes is easy.
What do you dislike?
The printing of documents can be tricky sometimes. Most of the time I save as a PDF and open with Adobe.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Have the basic Adobe software as well. It makes printing documents, in the proper size, much easier.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We have many documents that have to be changed constantly. Tax Exemption Forms, Charts and Invoices. This makes it very easy.

Best support team I have ever had. I used the dreaded "CHAT" where I usually end up banging my head against the wall. Today I chatted with Sam and I am dumbfounded how great things went! I can honestly say I have NEVER had the satisfaction that I got today! I can't even think of a chat before where I felt human afterwards. Today, I am gobsmacked how well everything went!Sam took care of what I was there for and did it with professionalism like I have NEVER experienced in a chat with a business!I can not say enough about this company! As a person 70+ years old, new programs are usually a challenge for me. However this was not the case with pdfFiller, it was so easy to click on the area and type and being able to alter the text size to fit was a bonus. Don't let the name fool you, it does so much more than allow editing
I use pdfFiller to sign agreements when I'm traveling and don't have the version of Acrobat where you can sign, on my computer. I actually like pdfFiller much better, because it allows me to edit things that Acrobat does not. I've utilized several of the templates that have been very well laid out.
I was pleasantly surprised to see all of the templates and formatting options that are built in to pdfFiller
There is really nothing not to like. I don't use some of the features, because we don't need them, but I can't say it's missing anything or has any issues.
