I like to use PDF filler.com because I can fill the entire form on the computer, except the places where I need to sign it. Also, it has an option to fill the form on the computer or print it out with blank spaces which I can fill it out manually with a pen. First, open the Office document you would like to protect. Click the File menu, select the Info tab, and then select the Protect Document button. Click Encrypt with Password. Enter your password then click OK.
Open PowerPoint presentation and click Print. Select Universal Document Converter from the list of printers and click Properties. Go to File Format and select PDF Document. Select Password protected in PDF Standard like shown on the screenshot below.
Go to File > Info > Protect Document > Encrypt with Password. Type a password, then type it again to confirm it. Save the file to make sure the password takes effect.
