What do you like best?
PDF is accessible and gives me the tools I need to edit, review and send docs. I like the ability to change my signature and erase as needed.
What do you dislike?
Sometimes erasing can be problematic, but nothing a little patience can't deal with. Would be nice to be able to erase large segments, sort of like making a large text box.

How do I save a PowerPoint as a small PDF on a Mac?
Open a PDF. Open the PDF file in PDF element that was saved from PowerPoint to PDF format, and you want to save it as a smaller PDF.
Optimize PDF on Mac. Now, click on “File” in the main menu and then click on “Save as Other” > “Optimized PDF”.

How do I lock a PDF from editing on a Mac?
In the Preview app on your Mac, open the PDF that you want to password-protect.
Choose File > Export, then select Encrypt. You can also enter a new name for the PDF if you want to create a pass worded copy and keep the original PDF unencrypted.
Type a password, then retype it to verify the password.
Click Save.
Can you lock a PDF from being edited?
Open the Protection panel. 2. Click Encrypt, and select Encrypt With Password. Confirm that you want to change the security of the document.
