I would like to attend a webinar at some time, but for next few months I am far to busy to take time and energy for the webinar. It's is easy to use and convenient, because I can access it from any of my computers, whether in office or out of town on my laptop.

About the only things that I dislike is the cost.

It's nice to be able to pull a form into the application and fill it out and then copy, save, send, etc. It makes all of our forms, applications look very professional.

Worth the money!
The software is very easy to use from a smartphone or computer. Most people don't own a fax machine, so this feature is very handy!
The subscription is necessary, but now with many places of business using editable PDFs, it's not needed as often as I'd like.

Subscription and refund
I Had £91 taken out my account for a subscription that i didnt know i had and could not afford, I went on the live chat and spoke with Maria, i told her my issues, she went above and beyond to help me.

I was looking for a PDF fillable DS11 Form for passport renewal and found this product. It did everything I needed and more. I wish this had been around before I retired. Takes handwriting errors out of the game when submitting government forms.
