It has been very helpful. The user interface is not difficult to navigate. I am cancelling only because I do not have the volume of documents to warrant the cost. But when this changes I will certainly return.

I think it's very useful but expensive and the basic subscription does not seem adequate to perform some of the things needed at that initial level for that cost.

I needed to cancel my account because I didn't realize I had a yearly reoccurring subscription. The support staff was VERY easy to work with. The product itself was great to use for what I needed; it was user friendly even for the not so tech savvy.
