Though perhaps a bit expensive, PDFfiller.com is extremely well-designed, feature-rich and easy to use. While I have no complaints about the basic product, I was bothered by design feature that seemed to insist that I enroll in a more expensive tier of service without giving me the chance to opt out or cancel. Any popup page that requires a user to select - and pay for! - a more expensive service level should always include "close" and "cancel" options. While I'm still a bit troubled by this aspect of PDFfiller's site design, when I raised the issue with your support staff, Ellilou Ilano quickly responded and helped resolve my problem.

PDFFiller has FANTASTIC customer service. They are responsive, friendly, and ready to help. You can't go wrong!

needed a PDF filler software easy to use
easy to fill out lots of PDF forms without hassle
Easy to use. Can save forms for future use. Does not require any extra learning. Intuitive format makes easy for anyone to use.
Cost was a bit much, but decided the year membership was the best savings deal.
Have used it multiple times already in the first few months so I am glad I did not do a month to month membership.

What do you like best?
It is much easier to use than Adobe Acrobat. Much more intuitive functions and file management. It has saved me a ton of time with the cloud storage of documents. I have used effectively for construction related documents.
What do you dislike?
Very rarely I have needed to use another platform because some municipalities require it but 98% of what I need to do is supported.

Remote completion of forms and extracting text from PDF documents mostly.

In this day and age when companies can treat you like a number, it is nice to know that PDF Filler is not one of them. I'm happy with the use of the forms, however it showed a monthy price, so I was suprised when I was charged for the entire year up front. I only needed the product for a couple tax documents.

In Word: click File, Save As, then Browse to select a folder to save to.
