Although I accidentally subscribed to the service for a long time (forgetting that I did) and the subscription was taking money out of my account, gilbie sorted this out straight away for me and made sure all the money from previous months was refunded to my account. Great product and even better customer service
I used the product, which was excellent, once during the 30 day trial. However, through my own mistake in not cancelling due to e-mail mix up, I was enrolled in the full year subscription. I explained the situation to support and have been given a full refund. This has to be the best customer service and support I have ever received.

I filled out forms before purchasing app and thought it was saved. After I purchased the app I could not find my document. I texed with a customer service rep, he was no help and quit the communication.
