When going from preview back to editable view all imputed info disappeared. Not sure why that happened but I selected cancel and all info reappeared.

So simple to use
I regularly have the need to edit & sign documents & have used a few of the other free & paid services, PDF Filler has been great to work with so I renewed my subscription again..
I find importing a PDF easier than most other similar softwares... changing font sizes and styles is simple and the process is fast even on my slow internet service..
So far I have not had an issue with any of the features..

This software is a life saver in so many ways! When making any kind of document or adjusting a word, date or time on a document this allows me to fix all my mistakes !

How many letters can you get wrong on a Snellen chart?
For example, 20/20 is considered normal. 20/40 indicates that the line you correctly read at 20 feet away can be read by a person with normal vision from 40 feet away. Even if you miss one or two letters on the smallest line you can read, you are still considered to have vision equal to that line.
How many letters can you have on an eye chart?
The normal Snellen chart is print with eleven lines of block letters. The first line consists of one very large letter, which may be one of several letters, for example E, H, or N. Subsequent rows have increasing numbers of letters that decrease in size.
What line on an eye chart is 20 40?
If this is the smallest line a person can read, the person's acuity is “6/12” (“20/40”), meaning that this person needs to approach to a distance of 6 meters (20 ft) to read letters that a person with normal acuity could read at 12 meters (39 ft).
What size are the letters on an eye chart?
The letters used on the chart are C, D, E, F, L, N, O, P, T, and Z. When taking a vision exam, one eye is covered, and you are asked to read the letters of each row aloud beginning at the top of the chart. The smallest row that you can read correctly indicates the visual acuity in the eye being tested.
Are all eye charts the same letters?
The Snellen variation has a specific font and a set of letters used that are chosen to accurately test your visual acuity. There is a reason that C can look like an O or a G. Most charts now are digital and randomized. The letters used are still the same pool of letters.
How do you score a Snellen chart?
Recording Snellen Results Top number equates to the distance (in meters) at which the test chart was presented (usually 6 m), Bottom number identifies the position on the chart of the smallest line read by the 'patient'. E.g. 6/60 means the subject can only see the top letter when viewed at 6 m.
How do you score an eye chart?
In the most familiar acuity test, a Snellen chart is placed at a standard distance: 6 meters. At this distance, the symbols on the line representing “normal” acuity subtend an angle of five minutes of arc, and the thickness of the lines and of the spaces between the lines subtends one minute of arc.

Have patient stand 20 feet from chart. Tell the patient to first cover the right eye, then left eye, and lastly read the chart with both eyes.
