Great for using templates
I work in real estate investment and handle documents and other forms that are basically fill-ins for our tenants. PDF Filler has to make the job 300 times easier because it will add space or make everything look like its in its right space. It makes filling out a document legibly easy and fast so you then can be more productive in your work day.
There are similar programs that allow you to do the same thing it might change spacing, or other aspects of a document.

I really like the service a lot. It is user friendly and intuitive. I like that this also comes with Sign Now so that I can have all the forms I need for my business easy and accessible for me to get electronically signed.
I would give it 5 starts except in the Sign Now program the program should default to the text box for people to sign and then have the live signature be on a separate tab, so basically reverse what it is now. It is hard for some people to get to the text box for them to type their signature.
I use this all the time in my business and I would recommend it.

How do you fill cracks in a log home?
Apply a good quality, siliconized latex caulk (not pure silicon) into the check, bringing it out close, but not even with the surface of the log. Skim off the excess caulking with your finger or a putty knife, making sure the caulking makes a strong, consistent contact with the top and bottom of the crack.
How do you reseal a log home?
Chinking ensures that logs, which don't perfectly fit, have a nice seal. Permalink is a sealant you can use to apply in the gaps between your hewn logs to prevent external infiltration (air and water) and heat loss. Always remember when using caulking to apply a first coat of stain before caulking.
Do all log homes need chinking?
Virtually all log homes are chinked. Yes, even 'chinless' log homes usually have some form of chinking. Some styles of log construction were designed to accept chinking, such as a saddle notch, dovetail or Skip style Butt and Pass.
How do I keep logs from checking?
Coat the exposed end grain of the logs or boards with a thick layer of paint, varnish or a commercial green-wood sealer to prevent moisture from escaping too quickly. Wood loses moisture 10 to 15 times faster through the ends than it does through the faces.
How do you stop green wood from checking?
To prevent this undesirable drying, shrinking and cracking, the simple solution is to keep the outside of the log wet. In other words, keep the water in the wood. Many carvers go to great lengths to avoid using green, freshly cut wood. A common concern is cracking or checking because the wood is wet.
