I am finding it helpful indeed. I haven't utilized all of the options yet. So far I like it. The mobile app is far more difficult to use than the website. Doesn't quite sync with the different cloud websites for transfers into the app.

What do you like best? The templates are really helpful. It can automatically be saved with new information. What do you dislike? The signateure date and initialling has to clicked for each time. Would like to be able to just click the option and repeat that option several times without selecting it. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Can send out contracts and paperwork. Re-formatted the paperwork to be filled out electronically and it's much clearer.

I signed up for the free trial and ended up not needing to utilize their services. I had thought I had cancelled it, but for some reason it never went through, so I ended up getting charged for the full year. Now, when we press return to go to the next line a bullet point will automatically appear at the start of the line.
On the bullet you want to turn into a sub bullet, right click and select Increase Indent, you can then change the bullet shape if you require.
