wondering how to create forms like this on a PDF page and then have those forms automatically calculated for you now let me use this expense claim form that I created beforehand to show you how to do it real quick here we can create text fields in this three small Blank cell by using the same way I'm using the foxy Phantom PDF here in this tab layout we go to form and text field now we go back to create this three form fields to addit their names you right click on them go to general and this is item one and this is payment one and this is total amount one now we've just made three text Fields the first one is completely done but speaking of all text fields in this column because here requires last four digits of your company credit card so we right click on it select options we check here and put for in this box now as you can see there are only four digits are being allowed to display in this text field when it comes to total amount so far this text field doesn't do do any calculation for us so we right click on it we go to calculate check here we select product now we pick the text field of quan one and cost one now the result is displayed right here there's a bit more you need to add it on the very last text field instead of getting a product you want to sum up all numbers displayed prior to it so we go to calculate check still check here and we select some in this example we pick total amount from 1 to three now the summation is amazingly calculated right here all right guys if you have any other questions or got anything to say feel free to leave any comments below thanks for watching I'll see you next time
