prepare your base document, and save. then save as onto your computer desktop, and rename once downloaded onto your computer desktop. reuse the base document over and over for different clients.... works great and gave me the exact form i was looking for.

PDF Filler is super simple to use. I love that you can just click where you need to put information (whether it’s a checkbox, words, etc) and it’s done. If you have a form that you use often you can even save it as a template so you don’t have to go back in and create new boxes each time.

I’ve had a few issues with the site being down but this only lasted for short periods of time. Otherwise, the product itself is fantastic.

Instead of needing to print forms out, we are able to fill them out online, at a cost effective price. Saving us paper, ink and time.

Good experience but unfortunately, I don't need this product at the moment so I will not be renewing my subscription. If I decide to work on taxes in the coming year, I will subscribe.

Everything was very easy to follow and to make a great health record form out of one that you had!! I will never go back to writing each one out by hand!! Plus, it looks so much more professional!! I was very happy that Sam at the On-line Support, came on very quickly and helped me with what I needed and waited until I was sure it worked. I was also very happy that the program did "not" shrink the size of the words in the document like many other programs I have tried.

I've tried their product once when I had to modify some PDF documents very quickly. I was very happy to find something really helpful and easy to use because the interface is userfriendly, everything is intuitive with an option to get back and redo what you need. I had to register, inclusive my card for one trial month in order to download my new edited docs.

How do you add a validation to a PDF?
To automatically validate all signatures in a PDF when you open the document, select Verify Signatures When The Document Is Opened. This option is selected by default.
How can you add validation in a field?
You can add a field validation rule and/or a record validation rule....Create a field validation rule Select the field that you want to validate. On the Fields tab, in the Field Validation group, click Validation, and then click Field Validation Rule. Use the Expression Builder to create the rule.
