I don't pay for PDFfiller so I can only say speak to the ease of use on features that I think are available.
I am not sure if creating a document that is editable in word is possible in every version. If so I can not figure it out. That is my only feedback. Otherwise using this website is a breeze.

I wanted to be able to duplicate a filled form and make a couple of changes. Then save with a new name. I did download and rename before I did this. glad I did. PdfFiller overwrote the file. All is well since I downloaded the original.

I love that you can turn any document or picture into pdf. As a loan officer, I need copies of driver's license and social security. Everyone has a nice phone but the format is not PDF. This PDFfiller is the best. It only has a few fonts. That is the reason for the 4 out of 5.

I don't usually leave reviews, but this product deserves my time.Works very well in filling PDFs. Typing, checking boxes (using the checkmark or "x" feature), filling out tables, etc. Saving and editing again works well, though it isn't entirely intuitive the first time.Customer service was absolutely awesome! I realized, after signing up for a paid subscription, that I no longer needed the service. I cancelled online (or THOUGHT I did), but I must've had a glitch. When I got billed, I called and they issued me a refund no questions asked and zero hassle.

In the middle of a one-time need to fill-in an online PDF form, I apparently signed up for a monthly subscription to PDFfiller, and my ****** account was billed. I contacted the PDFfiller support group, and explained that I had no recurring need for the software, and didn't realise that I had ended up subscribed to it. The support person promptly issued a refund to my account at ******, and cancelled further billing. PDFfiller is a very good organization to deal with, and an honest company. Should a relevant need arise, I wouldn't hesitate to do business with them in the future.

Do you need a license to transfer title?
Yes, it is not a legal requirement to hold a driving license to have the ability to title a motor vehicle. However, holding a license is a requirement to have the ability to insure and register a motor vehicle.
What do you need to transfer a title?
Completed Title Transfer Application Form, Signed and Notarized. Proof of Car Insurance Coverage. Insurance Policy Documents with Name and Date. All Vehicle Documents from Seller, Including Bill of Sale. Driver's License or Government Issued State ID. Required Title Transfer Fees.
Do both parties need to be present for a title transfer?
The procedures for transferring ownership are similar to buying or selling a car: the donor must include the odometer disclosure on the title, both parties must sign and date the title, and the recipient must go to the DMV and apply for a new title in his/her name and pay the transfer fee.
Can you sell a car to someone without a license?
If you're selling a vehicle, it's of no interest to you whatsoever if the purchaser has a license or not. In some States, you are *asked* to note the buyer's name, address, date of birth, selling price and buyer's license or customer number: but none of this is necessarily compulsory.
Can you sell a car to someone without a driver's license?
There's no law that requires a person to have a valid driver's license in order to purchase a vehicle. It's also perfectly legal for a lender, such as a bank, auto finance company or credit union to give you a loan for that vehicle if you don't have a license.
Can I sell my car to someone without a license in California?
No, you don't need to visit the local DMV in order to sell a vehicle. In fact, if its over seven years old, you don't even need a title. As a seller, you will NEED to obtain the buyers' information, Name, Driver's License Number, address. Do not sell the car without this information in hand.

That depends on where you live, but in the US, you can put the title for the car in your name without having a driver's license. But you can't register the car and get a license plate without having insurance, and you can't get insurance in your name without having a driver's license.
ARE REAL ID driver's licenses mandatory?
A real ID is a form of identification that meets increased security standards for state-issued driver's licenses and identification cards. Travelers will be required to provide either a real ID or another TSA-approved form of identification in order to fly after October 1, 2020.
